1. Who we are
Tendanto Ltd (“Tendanto”, “we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 17481182), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through tendanto.com.
This policy covers tendanto.com only. Our products — Viby, Zodity and Moodella — each have their own privacy policy on their own website, which explains how that product handles your data.
2. Information we collect
We keep what we collect to a minimum:
Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request — to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your language preference, stored in a cookie (see section 5).
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on tendanto.com, and we never ask for payment details here.
3. How we use your information
To reply to you and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
To run the website — delivering pages, keeping the site secure and fixing problems. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure site.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and our email, acting on our instructions: our website host (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
5. Cookies
tendanto.com sets a single cookie that remembers your language. It does not track you and is deleted when you close your browser.
Because we do not use analytics or advertising cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work and will use your browser’s language instead.
6. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your message, and for up to two years afterwards in case you get back in touch — longer only if the law requires it.
Technical request data is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
